In order to use quick replies In your main inbox list view tap the 3-dots menu to the right side of the mail and select Quick Replies. Afterwards, you’ll be prompted to Insert Quick Reply and can use one of the many quick replies available on the list. To use Quick Replies from Mail View.

In mail view, tap the reply icon on the bottom left of the mail and select Quick Replies. You’ll be prompted to Insert Quick Reply and can use one of the many quick replies available on the list.  

To set this option, please tap More (o o o) | Various Account Settings | choose the desired account you send the email from | Advanced Account Settings | and mark Always BCC Myself. You can do it for one or more of your accounts to give yourself maximum flexibility.

When you reply to an email, tap the Vertical 3-Dot menu next to the subject for the Reply Options menu, and choose New. This will compose a new empty mail to the same recipients without any quoted text.
