With TypeApp you can customize the fonts by tapping More (o o o) | Global Settings | Customize Appearance | Text Size. You can change both outgoing (compose, new mail) font size, as well as incoming (reading, mail view) font size.
The options you have include Default, Smaller, Small, Medium, Large, Larger.
