To configure your account for only incoming emails follow these steps:
- Start to configure your account by tapping More (o o o) | Various Account Settings | Add Account | Add Other Account | Other Email.
- Uncheck Automatic for manual configurations and Next.
- Choose your account type: IMAP / Exchange / POP3.
- Put your incoming configuration as usual and Next.
- Put “something”, most likely settings for one of your other accounts for the SMTP (outgoing) configurations (Refrain from using your own mail server for SMTP).
- Uncheck Require sign-in and Next.
